Requirements

  • An eligible Microsoft 365 work account. Main app demos use a Microsoft 365 Copilot license; available features vary by plan and organization.

  • With eligible work Copilot Chat, paste text or upload supported files and transfer results manually. The basic path needs no CRM connection.
  • A browser and PDF reader for 120+ tools and 100+ prompts. Use approved customer data or fictional examples; no trial signup required.

Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

120+ tools and 100+ prompts for the B2B sales work waiting in your Microsoft 365 apps.

Connect the account brief, the customer conversation, the proposal and the pipeline review in one practical sequence.

A promising account can still sit behind scattered emails, meeting notes and an outdated CRM entry. A fluent AI draft may contain the wrong name, an invented agreement or a discount applied to the wrong amount. Passing that draft into the next document carries the same error into the customer presentation and forecast.

The working sequence here ends with a saved result at each stage: a source-based brief, a reviewed message, an owned next step or a checked calculation. The seller decides what is sent and what is recorded. Copilot provides drafting and analysis support; the examples show the correction as well as the first response.

123 practical tools, with the contents made explicit

  • 10 standalone interactive HTML files, including Account Research Brief, Outreach Cadence Builder, Proposal Builder and Pipeline review builder.
  • 40 editable document and planning parts, including the account brief, client agenda, CRM note and presentation storyboard.
  • 7 calculation and analysis parts, including Scope check, Options calculator, Forecast views and Deal risks.
  • 10 draft-review parts, including the account-brief repair, follow-up repair, proposal price repair and CRM-update repair.
  • 11 prompt workspaces and indexes, including the starter Prompts tab, proposal Prompts tab, pipeline Prompts tab and course Prompt library.
  • 45 ready tools on the slides, including the subscription price comparison, discount-error check, weighted-pipeline formula, task template and internal handoff note.

The total combines complete HTML files, their usable parts and 45 slide tools. The download package contains 10 interactive HTML files and 10 presentation PDFs, with the individual components listed in the lecture descriptions. The 105 unique prompt templates are counted separately; copying a prompt into a demonstration or the course library does not add another prompt or tool. Explained concepts and repeated screen demonstrations do not increase the total.

Where the tools fit in the sales cycle

  • Access and account research: 21 tools for the access map, customer-data preparation, account brief and quarterly plan.
  • Before the meeting: 22 tools for persona inputs, outreach cadence, discovery questions and client agenda.
  • After the conversation: 28 tools for the discovery recap, next-step table, follow-up and objection replies.
  • Buyer documents: 21 tools for the proposal, options calculator, presentation storyboard and speaker notes.
  • Pipeline and CRM: 31 tools for the forecast views, deal-risk review, record-change journal and weekly rhythm.

One fictional account, carried through the workflow

Qorvessa Field Systems sells field service management software. Its main customer, Dravunel Building Services, operates across three regions with 400 technicians. These are fictional companies and example numbers. First comes the account research, then Outlook outreach and meeting preparation. Teams discussion becomes a recap and follow-up. Word and PowerPoint carry the checked proposal to the buying committee; Excel and the CRM journal carry the same deal into the team review.

Each application scenario follows the same useful sequence: open the relevant Copilot surface, supply the notes or data, enter a complete prompt, inspect the example response, correct a typical error and save the result. Screen demonstrations are mockups rebuilt from Microsoft’s public documentation; the real interface and workflow may differ.

Microsoft 365 Copilot and the connected Sales path

The connected scenarios use Sales agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot, shown as Sales in the interface, formerly Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales. The main demonstrated path requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, administrator installation and a connected Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional-or-higher environment.

A separate Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise or Premium route without Microsoft 365 Copilot uses CRM data only, without the email, meeting and chat context from Microsoft Graph. Eligible work Copilot Chat practice uses pasted text or supported uploaded files with manual transfer; it does not provide the same app or connected Sales access. Subscription, organization settings and availability determine the functions available.

The ordinary Microsoft 365 Copilot workflows also work from supplied notes and CRM exports without a connected CRM. Excel forecasting uses ordinary formulas and explicit sales assumptions, with Copilot helping prepare and explain them. Tenant administration, CRM configuration, Copilot Studio, agent development and mass outreach automation are outside the course.
