This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Most audit findings are accurate and change nothing. The report is filed, the same risks return next year, and nobody can show what the audit improved. Here are 424 tools to change that: 302 ready-to-use templates, procedures, checklists, AI prompts, question lists and matrices, 79 models and methods, 8 services shown on screen and 35 working files.
Open a lecture, take the tool, test one control this week.
Why audits do not lead to change
The checklist is too long to finish, so the audit takes months. Risk is described in general words instead of models and evidence. Processes are not documented, so it is unclear what was supposed to happen. Interviews produce impressions instead of evidence, and the report lists problems without priorities or a plan.
What changes after this course
The audit has a clear instrument with weights and a scoring index. Risks are mapped and assessed with a trail you can defend. Responsibility follows the three lines of defence, processes are documented in BPMN, evidence comes from structured interviews and scorecards, and the findings turn into a prioritised roadmap with metrics.

Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
Alfa-Bank was the most mature example of risk work I have seen: a risk management department, compliance, internal audit and external audit, so all three lines of defence were present and every process was documented. At the STB TV channel, by contrast, an accountant entered a full-time rate for a half-time employee, and he received double pay for a year and a half without telling anyone, exactly the kind of abuse that appears where nobody controls the payroll.
How to use the course
Start with the Control Test Worksheet and the audit playbook, then go to the risk, process, assessment or analysis section that matches your next audit. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
