This course contains the use of artificial intelligence
A polished AI answer still needs your judgment.
Start with one ordinary work task, a clear request and a check before you send.
A blank chat box leaves you to decide what to ask, what information to include and whether the answer is reliable. A vague request can produce a tidy draft that misses the point. Pasting work information without checking company rules creates another problem before the draft even appears.
A useful working routine starts earlier: choose a suitable task, prepare safe input and state what a good answer should look like. Then compare the result with the original, correct it and decide whether it is ready. The course keeps that sequence visible through short lessons and working files you can return to during your week.
Practical material, with a clear count
- 7 standalone interactive HTML tools: My AI Task Map, Prompt Builder, AI Answer Check and Data Traffic Light are four examples.
- 8 fillable forms inside those files: the three-sentence explanation, weekly task map, prompt-building form, answer review and company-policy notes are five examples.
- 4 Prompts libraries contain 27 unique reusable texts, including the main prompt and six short follow-ups: drafting, summarizing, rewriting, brainstorming and organizing are five task examples. The Prompt Builder contains exactly 10 ready office prompts.
- 14 downloadable resources: 7 PDF lecture presentations and 7 HTML working files. Examples of the presentations cover AI fundamentals, workplace tasks, first prompts, answer checks and data safety.
The 8 forms and 4 libraries are parts of the 7 HTML files. Repeated examples, print views and screenshots do not add to the count. The tools save entries locally in your browser and do not call an AI service. Copy a prepared prompt into your approved assistant when you choose to practise.
A complete path through an everyday task
First comes the mechanism behind an assistant and a map of suitable work tasks. Next come the request and the answer check. Data handling and personal rules follow, before the final seven-day log brings the steps together. The log includes checking and correction time, so extra time spent remains visible alongside any time saved. Its example numbers are fictional and do not predict your results.
Use the one your company approved. The course introduces ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot neutrally. Free tiers, optional trials and paid subscriptions are separate access options. A purchase or trial signup is not required, and availability depends on the account and plan.
Assistant screens are mockups rebuilt from public documentation. Real interfaces and steps may differ. Generic chat examples and sample answers are fictional teaching examples, not actual model output. This is an independent course, not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Microsoft.
Your instructor
Mike is an HR director and founder of PapaHR Academy. The course follows a consistent practical structure: an office situation, safe source material, a draft, a human check and a saved working record. The fictional office example lets the same information be followed across the materials without using a real employee’s or client’s data.
