Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Most courses that fail were invented alone. The topic was chosen because the author knew it well, and the first real person appeared after the course was finished. Here are 325 tools to build it with learners: 173 ready-to-use procedures, question lists, checklists and templates, 88 models and methods, 59 services shown on screen and 5 working files.

Open a lecture, take the question list, and talk to five future learners this week.

Why courses do not sell or do not get finished

The author starts with content, not with learners. The course covers everything the author knows, nobody plans for transfer, evaluation stops at ratings, and marketing starts after launch. Learners drop out after the second module, and the next course repeats the same path.

What changes after this course

You research the audience and the market first, design for adults and for transfer, produce and deliver with confidence on camera, use AI for the routine and launch with a community and a marketing plan.

What is inside: 325 tools, counted lecture by lecture

You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.

  • 45 downloadable resources: lecture presentations plus 5 working files, including a first lesson build estimate and sample survey reports
  • 173 ready-to-use tools inside the presentations:
  • 47 step-by-step procedures: learning design, online course launch, lesson content development, weekly discussion facilitation
  • 38 question lists and scripts: learner experience review, course idea discovery, course customer discovery interview, course completion feedback survey
  • 36 checklists: learning design, LMS selection, online course curriculum, learner progress monitoring
  • 25 templates and sample documents: learning exercise planning matrix, audience pains and gains canvas, course value proposition canvas, course assessment weighting plan
  • 16 scorecards, rubrics and matrices: training outcome evidence collection, learning transfer climate assessment, audience pains and gains, training value proposition
  • 7 ready AI prompts, 2 metric sets and 2 other working tools: learning goals reflection, research search query, chart selection guide
  • 88 models and methods explained with examples: ADDIE instructional design, adult learning andragogy, Kolb’s experiential learning cycle, taxonomy of learning objectives
  • 59 services shown on screen, including ProProfs Training Maker, Mitti, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Search

Who is teaching

I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe. I am also a founder and lead the strategy of my own academy.

From 2012 to 2014 I ran online courses occasionally and looked for a strong partner to launch my HR courses. Five people turned me down, saying nobody would learn HR online. One company, Laba, was interested, though they were thinking about offline seminars. I agreed to start offline, and that was the beginning of my online teaching.

How to use the course

Start with audience and market research, then design, produce and launch using the remaining sections. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
