This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Training that gets excellent satisfaction scores and changes nothing at work is the normal outcome, not the exception. People enjoyed it, learned something and went back to their desks to do exactly what they did before. Here are 334 tools to design for the change: 227 ready-to-use procedures, question lists, checklists and templates, 77 models and methods, 29 services shown on screen and a lesson rebuild workbook.
Open a lecture, take the procedure, and rebuild one lesson around the behaviour you want to see.
Why good training changes nothing
Courses are designed around content, not around what people must do differently. There is no plan for transfer, managers are not involved, and evaluation stops at the smile sheet. Online courses copy classroom slides, and adults leave after the second module.
What changes after this course
You start from the competency and the result, design the course with ADDIE, plan transfer and support after training, and evaluate beyond satisfaction. Your online courses keep adults engaged, your live sessions are well facilitated, and AI speeds up the routine parts.

Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
I started my career at Alfa-Bank in two roles at once, recruiter and trainer: I hired a group, trained them, put them to work and hired the next one, six times over, until I had trained about 100 people. Later, whenever we hired a staff trainer, we always asked for a demo training after the competency interview, because only that showed how the person actually delivers.
