This course contains the use of artificial intelligence
Salesforce, screen by screen: 104 documentation-based mockup screens and 250+ tools for one connected customer process.
From the first Lead to an Agentforce support agent, every lesson ends with a working document.
A deal, a support request and a renewal can belong to the same customer while sitting in different working views. Without clear record links, a forecast can use the wrong snapshot, a dashboard can point to the wrong report and an AI draft can turn a proposed offer into a promise. Product names alone do not explain how these pieces fit together.
The result is a connected set of documents: customer identities stay linked, measures have a named period and denominator, automation has a target field and default route, and prompts and agents have defined inputs, reviewers and a human support path. The course follows documented user and administrator steps, product fields, settings, common errors and connections between modules.
Mike is a business-course educator who assembled this course from publicly available Salesforce product documentation, Help and Trailhead materials checked in October 2026. The substance is visible in the detailed product walkthroughs, filled working files and consistent scenario records. Salesforce implementation experience, Salesforce credentials and vendor partnership are not claimed.
250 tools, counted from the created materials
- 10 standalone HTML working files: Sales Funnel Builder, Pipeline and Forecast Review, Automation Design Workbook, Prompt Library and AI Map, Agent Passport and Test Plan.
- 101 editable working sections inside those files: Edition Comparison, Conversion Plan, Segment Rules, Dashboard Widgets, Access Matrix.
- 59 presentation templates, tables and response texts: Module Shortlist, Stage Exit Worksheet, Human Handoff Sheet, Action Definition, Ninety-Day Rollout Schedule.
- 46 presentation checklists and procedures: Qualification Checklist, Conversion Preflight, Macro Access Checklist, Flow Test Matrix, Data Quality Checklist.
- 34 unique presentation formulas and calculations: Weighted Pipeline, Remaining-Quota Coverage, Closed-Outcome Win Rate, Mean Resolution Time, Frozen Forecast Accuracy.
The count separates the 10 working files and their 101 editable sections from 139 additional ready-to-use presentation elements. Repeated demonstrations, definitions, source screenshots and repeated formulas do not add tools. Explanatory models and diagrams—including the product map, data architecture, Trust Layer and agent anatomy—are additional teaching content, outside the tool count. The HTML files work locally and do not connect to Salesforce or execute AI requests.

First comes a detailed overview of 15 major products, Sales Cloud editions and shared objects. Sales Cloud then connects Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, activities, Quotes and Forecasts. Service Cloud adds Cases, Service Console and Knowledge. Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data 360 connect customer sources, a renewal segment and a journey. Reports and dashboards bring these records together before Flow, approvals and Validation Rules add automation. Einstein, Agentforce Trust Layer and Prompt Builder lead into Agentforce Studio and Builder. The final lesson closes the course with users, security, data quality and rollout.
The continuous fictional example follows Dana at Velnoryx Monitoring, a company supplying sensors and a cloud subscription for refrigeration monitoring. A trade-show Lead becomes a deal; a sensor service request becomes a Case; a renewal segment feeds a campaign. A manager dashboard, discount approval, six prompt templates, an agent with 18 test requests and a rollout plan use the same scenario. Customers, records, numbers and test outcomes are fictional examples.
Video screens are mockups rebuilt from Salesforce’s public documentation; real interface elements and workflow steps may differ. AI availability depends on edition, licenses, permissions and data; free learning environments do not include every feature. AI responses require human review. The course covers product use and beginning administration; it does not prepare for certification exams or teach Apex, application development, API integrations, architecture or deep Marketing Cloud implementation.
