  • Run your team’s hiring pipeline in your own mini ATS with a kanban board, candidate history and funnel counts per vacancy

Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence

The recruiting tool you need either charges per seat every month or sits in the IT queue for months. One evening with an AI agent gives you a tool that is yours, built around your own hiring process.

Most recruiters live between a dozen tabs. Search strings are rebuilt by hand for every role, candidates are copied into a spreadsheet one field at a time, every outreach email starts from a blank page, and interview times are agreed in long email threads. The ready-made services cover part of it, but they follow someone else’s process, and each new seat adds to the monthly bill. You already know exactly what should be automated. What has been missing is a way to build it without a programmer.

After this course you describe the task in plain words, and Claude Code writes the program. You get a search string generator for LinkedIn, Google and GitHub, a Chrome extension that saves the candidate you are looking at to your sheet with an AI summary, personal outreach sequences sent through Gmail, a job ad studio, a screening page, an interview booking page, and a mini ATS your whole team works in. When something needs to change, you ask the agent to fix it instead of filing a ticket. You stop waiting and start shipping tools, and your team feels the difference in the first week.

The course is built and taught by Mike Pritula:

  • #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 2,000,000+ students on Udemy, and founder of Pritula Academy, where 170,000+ students have trained

  • 20 years in HR at Wargaming, Preply, iDeals and Starlightmedia, including building the HR system of the unicorn Preply

  • At Preply and iDeals his team replaced manual interview scheduling with automated email sequences where candidates picked a free slot themselves; at iDeals he listed 34 HR processes to automate, compared 30 systems and ran 10 vendor demos before choosing the stack

  • PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certified, HRCI representative in Eastern Europe

First you set up Claude Code and leave the first evening with a working search string builder. Then you move along the hiring funnel: capturing candidates, personalized outreach and job ads. Next come screening, interview self-scheduling and a mini ATS that collects everything in one pipeline. Finally you hand your tools to the team with the right access and clear rules for candidate data. Each lesson stands on its own, so you can come for the one tool you need this week. Every tool runs on Google Sheets and Apps Script, and every lesson comes with ready prompts to rebuild it for your own process.

What’s included:

  • Lifetime access to all materials

  • Active instructor support in Q&A

  • Udemy Certificate of Completion

  • A practical assignment in every lesson: build the tool for your own vacancy or team

  • Eight working sample tools and ready prompts for Claude Code for every lesson

  • A section with additional courses, tools and resources

Recruiters who can build their own tools are already moving faster than those who wait for budget and IT. Every month without them means more hours copying profiles, writing the same emails and chasing interview times. Your next vacancy is a good place to start.

Enroll now and start your first lesson today.
