Description

The title “Product Manager” is often called the “CEO of the Product.” But unlike a CEO, a Product Manager has no direct authority over the engineers or designers. You must lead through influence, data, and ruthless prioritization. Passing an interview for a Product Management role at a top-tier tech company is famously difficult. Interviewers don’t want textbook definitions; they will hand you a scenario and ask: “Your user retention is dropping, but your active users are up. What do you do?” The Product Management (PM): Master Mock Interviews course is designed to test your “Product Sense” under pressure.

This course abandons basic theory and throws you directly into the shoes of a Group Product Manager. Across four massive sets of rigorous, scenario-based case studies, you will face completely unique business challenges. First, you will tackle Product Strategy & Vision, figuring out how to avoid cannibalizing your own premium users while finding true Product-Market Fit. Next, you will dive into Agile Prioritization, testing your ability to protect engineers from “scope creep” using the RICE and MoSCoW frameworks.

The exams get progressively more analytical. The third section rigorously tests your Product Metrics skills. You will be challenged on statistical significance in A/B testing, diagnosing funnel drop-offs, and defending your North Star Metric. Finally, we cover Go-To-Market & Stakeholders. You will be tested on managing the “HiPPO” (Highest Paid Person’s Opinion), positioning against massive competitors, and structuring Free Trial vs. Freemium tiers.
