Why is this course different?
Many study guides just ask you for definitions. That is not enough. On the real exam, you will read a story about a patient. You have to decide what to do first, or what is the most dangerous sign.
In this course, we practice those tricky decisions. I will put you in the middle of the action. You will read about a patient, look at their vital signs, and make a choice.

Section 1: Clinical Judgment & Scenarios (180 Questions): This is the most important part. We practice tough calls. You will decide how to manage a scene, when to transport, and how to fix problems when your first treatment fails.

Section 2: Medical Emergencies & OBGYN (130 Questions): We cover sick patients. You will see questions on strokes, diabetes, belly pain, sick kids, and delivering babies.

Section 3: Cardiology & Resuscitation (60 Questions): We look at the heart. You will practice identifying heart attacks and deciding when to shock, pace, or give drugs.

Section 4: Airway & Breathing (50 Questions): If they can’t breathe, nothing else matters. We test your knowledge on tubes, CPAP, and oxygen.

Section 5: EMS Operations (50 Questions): This covers the rules. We look at safety, laws, driving an ambulance, and handling big accidents with many patients.

Section 6: Trauma Emergencies (40 Questions): We deal with physical injuries. You will answer questions about bleeding, burns, broken bones, and shock.
Why are the explanations important?
For every single question, I explain the answer. I don’t just tell you “B is correct.” I tell you why B is correct.
More importantly, I tell you why A, C, and D are wrong. This is how you learn. By understanding why the other choices are bad, you will spot the “distractor” answers on the real test. I keep the explanations short and easy to read so you don’t get bored.
