Description

“This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.”

Learn to lead a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project by working through one complete business case. You will help a fictional company improve its supplier invoice approval process, moving from a clearly defined problem to a measured baseline, evidence-based cause analysis, a controlled pilot, and a plan to sustain the result.

You will work with invoice-level practice data, calculate late and rework rates, compare process stages and groups, and learn to distinguish a useful pattern from a proven cause. You will then evaluate a pilot against the baseline, check for unintended effects, and make a reasoned recommendation about whether to expand the change.

The course includes a case brief, project charter, datasets, worked analyses, a cause-evidence log, pilot plan, control plan, and handover example. Five phase quizzes help you check your understanding as you progress, followed by two 50-question mock exams.

Alongside the case, you will learn how to define project scope, communicate with stakeholders, lead an improvement team, and present results responsibly. By the end of this course, you will have followed a complete DMAIC project and built a set of examples and templates you can adapt to your own workplace.
