This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
A transformation portfolio can look healthy while its promised value remains unproven.
200+ tools connect the mandate, changed work and evidence behind the board report.
Projects multiply, functions defend their own boundaries, and AI pilots wait for data that nobody has accepted. Meanwhile, dashboards report activity and finance asks which benefits can actually be recognised. Every reporting cycle without a common baseline makes the gap harder to explain.
A coherent transformation pack gives each conversation a concrete starting point: a named owner, an agreed measure, a visible evidence gap and a specific decision. The operating model, systems, people plan and portfolio then refer to the same change. The board discussion can move from general confidence to a proposal with conditions.
Mike leads an education business and its changes in products, processes, systems and AI use. His background includes 20 years in HR leadership and organisational change at companies including Wargaming, Preply, iDeals, StarLightMedia and Alfa-Bank, working alongside CEOs and programme leaders. He also creates courses on organisational transformation, change management and AI. This course brings that people-and-change perspective together with documented methods and a clearly labelled fictional business scenario.
What the 208-tool count contains
- 8 standalone interactive HTML files: Role and Mandate Planner, Transformation Diagnostic Workbook, People and Change Plan, Benefits and Board Review Pack.
- 77 fillable working parts inside those files: Decision rights, Customer journey, Cash case, Partner selection, Adoption tracker.
- 123 usable slide-based templates, checklists, calculations and response guides: Early-win checklist, Human control checklist, NPV calculation, Board opening script, Finance recognition checklist.
The headline rounds 208 down to 200+. This is a count of files, their working parts and slide-based aids, rather than 208 separate downloads. Explained models and repeated calculations add no extra units. There are 16 downloadable resources: eight lecture presentations in PDF and eight HTML files.
One connected route through the work
First comes the Role and Mandate Planner: digital transformation fundamentals, a leadership digital mindset, responsibilities and the first 90 days. The Transformation Diagnostic Workbook then connects customer-centricity, value losses and readiness to a comparable baseline. The Transformation Portfolio and Business Case turns that evidence into an innovation pipeline of ideas and pilots, sequenced initiatives and cash cases.
The Target Operating Model and Transition file connects customer-facing processes, work transfers, workforce costs and acceptance. The Data Systems and AI Implementation Plan adds a data-driven approach, key technologies, operating AI use cases, partnerships, ethical questions and cybersecurity evidence. Cloud, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, automation, analytics, generative AI and agents appear at a business decision level.
The People and Change Plan covers change management, stakeholder actions, role and skill changes, retraining, resistance, communication and adoption. The Transformation Office Control Pack brings together the review cadence, decision rights, risks, dependencies and unresolved conditions. Finally, the Benefits and Board Review Pack connects impact analytics and metrics to a quarterly report, a question bank and a rehearsal with feedback and revision.
All eight artifacts follow Talveriqon Components, a fictional example with example numbers. The short Asana and Tableau demonstrations are mockups rebuilt from public documentation; the real interface and workflow may differ. They require no paid account and do not imply vendor affiliation.
Definitions and responsibility stay visible
The Chief Transformation Officer coordinates a temporary two-to-three-year transition from the current to the target business. Business leaders retain profit and loss responsibility; finance recognises benefits. This division keeps the mandate distinct from ongoing operations, corporate strategy, technology delivery and project methodology.
In the course, annual net benefit means gross benefit minus recurring cost before one-off costs. Finance-recognised net uses finance-recognised gross less the programme’s recurring costs, including enabling initiatives. Capital release is separate from profit, and released hours are not payroll savings without an attributable spending change. Net present value discounts the selected incremental cash flows at year end and deducts the initial outlay at time zero. Simple payback is undiscounted; a fractional year assumes uniform cash flow within the recovery year. Fix the definition with your finance team.
Materials are educational and not investment, legal or tax advice. Check with your finance, legal and tax advisers; check your local employment law for workforce decisions, and check with your legal, security and data protection teams for data and AI decisions. Local drafts do not submit requests or approve spending. Company-wide AI strategy, coding, prompts, agent development, detailed system configuration, corporate transactions and certification exam preparation are outside scope. There is no claimed affiliation with system vendors, model authors, consulting firms or professional bodies.
