This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Executive presence gets described as something you either have or you do not. It is a set of specific behaviours, and every one of them can be named. Here are 324 tools to work on them one by one: 240 ready-to-use procedures, question lists, checklists and scripts, 78 models and methods, 5 services shown on screen and a working file.
Open a lecture, take the script, use it in the next room where you usually go quiet.
Why the vague version of this advice fails
People are told to be more confident, more strategic, more visible. None of that is actionable, so nothing changes, and the person concludes it is a personality problem. It usually is not. Nobody has shown them the list: which competencies senior credibility is assembled from, what happens in the body two seconds before they speak, what scale they are being read against in a high-stakes room, and why the same argument lands differently depending on who runs the meeting.
What changes after this course
You know which behaviours you are judged by and where you stand on each. You catch your reaction before it speaks for you. You understand how a high-stakes conversation is scored. Your message reaches people who were not in the room. You can run a meeting with senior participants and close it with decisions. And you can say no and keep your standing.
A note on the material
Two blocks are taught from the other side of the table. The assessed conversation is shown as an interviewer designs and scores it, so that you see the scale you are read against. Communication beyond the room is shown on internal company communication. The rest of the course speaks to you directly.

Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
I remember my first training as a trainer. My throat went dry, my cheeks turned red, I could hear my own pulse, I lost words and my voice disappeared. Then came talks in front of an audience, at a conference with several hundred people, and online in English at international conferences. You cannot say you will ever be fully ready. And I once picked up a phrase from my own manager. At a group meeting a subordinate began to be rude to the general director, who reacted at once: “If you do not stop now, this is how it will all end.” Nobody understood what exactly would end, and it sounded very strong. Later, as an HR director, I used the same phrase with people who came to me furious, and it worked like a cold shower.
How to use the course
Start with the first lecture and its Senior Room Script worksheet. Then take the competency map, and after it the block for the room you find hardest: the meeting you run, the conversation where you are assessed, or the message that has to travel. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.

- 324 tools across the lessons, including 5 services shown on screen
