This course contains the use of artificial intelligence
105 practical tools. 122 unique prompts. A clear way to turn Copilot’s answer into a document you can check.
Start with the original file. Give a specific request. Read the answer against the source. Save the version you have reviewed.
A polished paragraph can still miss a contract condition, merge two different versions or add a commitment nobody approved. A long email thread can leave the next action unclear. General Copilot examples rarely show the legal document, the requested output and the check together.
The working files give those steps a place to live. The draft has a source brief and checklist. The contract summary sits beside an issue table. The research memo has a source log. The email has a fact check and send check. Each result has a named reviewer and a next action.
What the tool count means
The 105 tools comprise 10 standalone HTML working files and 95 reusable parts inside them. These are supplied through 20 downloadable resources: 10 lecture presentations in PDF and 10 HTML files. Each HTML file contains its own example, editable sections and prompt library. Open it in a browser, fill it in, copy the text or print your result to PDF. The files do not make AI requests; copy a prompt into Copilot when you want to practice.
- 10 standalone working files: Draft and Version Review; Policy Drafting Workbook; Legal Risk Workbook; Legal Agent Workbook.
- 48 fill-in forms and drafting sections: Access record; Draft workspace; One-page summary; Memo outline; Employee guide.
- 37 registers, check tables and reusable banks: Data traffic light; Draft checklist; Issue table; Source checks; Situation bank.
- 10 editable prompt libraries with 122 unique prompts: Missing intake facts; Draft the dealer NDA; Summarize the agreement; Question intake; Write the agent instructions.
Individual prompts are counted separately from tools. The 32-prompt library in lesson 2 includes 22 additional prompts; every other lesson includes 10. A prompt repeated in a presentation and its HTML file counts once. Screenshots, repeat demonstrations and explained models add nothing to the 105-tool claim.

A complete fictional example
Erin Vale, Senior Legal Counsel at Marlowick Cycles, works through requests from Sales, Procurement and other departments. Marlowick Cycles is a fictional bicycle business; its documents and numbers are examples. The same ten working results carry through the lessons, from the access map to the legal team agent plan. You can keep the example or replace it with material your organization has approved for use.
Microsoft Copilot access and demonstrations
Eligible work-account Copilot Chat supports the core practice with approved supplied text and files, without a paid Copilot add-on. Start by checking your exact label: Copilot Chat (Basic), M365 Copilot (Basic) or M365 Copilot (Premium). M365 Copilot (Basic) provides standard in-app access; Premium provides priority access. Work-file grounding, Researcher and the demonstrated Teams meeting features require the licenses and settings shown in the lesson. Agent use with company knowledge may require a license or metered billing.
The video lessons use 47 Copilot demo screens rebuilt as mockups from Microsoft’s public documentation. The real interface and workflow may differ. Preview examples are labeled, including the October 2026 Frontier Notebooks interface and PowerPoint experience. Notebooks also requires the relevant Copilot or Copilot Chat license and SharePoint or OneDrive storage. Feature access can vary by plan, organization settings, region, client or release. A trial is not required.
