What you'll learn

  • Choose the right Claude surface for each sales job — chat, Projects, Cowork, or a plugin — instead of forcing everything through one
  • Load Claude with your ICP, pricing rules, product truth and voice so its output stops sounding generic
  • Qualify leads against BANT, MEDDIC or MEDDPICC with a cited evidence trail behind every score
  • Walk into any first call with an account brief, a stakeholder map and a plan built in minutes, not hours
  • Draft outreach that reads as human, respects deliverability limits, and stands up under CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL
  • Move deals with battlecards built from your own closed-lost data, business cases in the customer’s numbers, and mutual action plans
  • Run pipeline hygiene, forecast rollups and call coaching on evidence a manager can inspect
  • Encode repeated work as skills, wire connectors, schedule overnight runs — and keep a person on every customer-facing send

Course content

Requirements

  • No coding, no API work, no terminal — everything happens in the Claude apps, a browser and your CRM
  • A Claude account; a paid plan (Pro or above) is needed for Projects, Skills, Cowork and connectors
  • Familiarity with a sales pipeline and a CRM at user level
  • Helpful but not required: access to your own CRM data and a recent call recording to practise on

Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

Most sales teams are not short of activity. They are short of preparation.

Reps walk into first calls cold. Qualification is optimism with a scorecard attached. Follow-ups land three days late. The forecast is a negotiation rather than a number. And the AI advice on offer is a prompt library — a list of clever things to type into a chat box, written before Claude could read a CRM, run overnight, or hold a team’s playbook.

This course teaches the current tool against the actual sales cycle.

You qualify leads with scores that cite the sentence they came from. You walk into calls with an account brief assembled from your CRM, your call recordings and the web. You draft outreach that survives contact with a real buyer and a real regulator. You build battlecards from your own closed-lost record, run a forecast rollup leadership accepts, encode your repeated work as skills the whole team can invoke, and put a human approval gate on everything that touches a customer.

What makes this different

Every sales-focused Claude course on the market stops at the chat box. The one course that teaches Cowork, plugins and skills properly is written for developers, with no selling context at all. This course sits in the gap: the full sales cycle, taught on the 2026 product, with the automation and governance layers no competitor covers.

You finish with artefacts, not notes

A sales Project loaded with your ICP and pricing rules. An evidence-based qualification scorecard. A repeatable account brief. A compliant four-touch sequence with a documented legal basis. A battlecard library. A mutual action plan. A forecast format. At least one authored skill with an approval gate. And a governance policy — all built against one company, Halden Systems, so every artefact connects to the last.

How it is taught

Nine sections, fifty-five lectures, around four hours and forty-five minutes of video. Eight section assignments plus a capstone. Eight quizzes and a 45-question final practice exam. Fourteen downloadable templates.

Every lecture that names a product feature carries an on-screen “as of” date, because this surface moves fast and a course that hides that is doing you a disservice.

One honest note

Nothing here promises an autonomous sales agent. There is a deliberate rule running through the whole course: a named person approves every customer-facing message. That is also what Anthropic’s own business development team does, and the course explains exactly why.

Who this course is for:

  • Account Executives carrying quota on 30–120 day, multi-stakeholder deals
  • SDRs and BDRs doing outbound prospecting, list building and first-touch personalisation
  • Sales managers and VPs who own forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene and rep coaching
  • RevOps and Sales Ops specialists who will wire the connectors, skills and scheduled workflows
  • Founders and commercial leads who are the sales team
  • Sales enablement managers building playbooks, battlecards and onboarding
