Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

The CCAR-F exam gives you 60 production scenarios, 120 minutes and four answers that all look right. Here are 128 tools to prepare: 105 ready-to-use templates, procedures, checklists and prompts, 8 models and methods, 3 services shown on screen and 12 working files, including exam trainers and a mock exam.

Open a lecture, take the exam trainer for that lesson, and see which questions you miss.

Why production scenarios are hard

Each question describes a real system with a constraint. Candidates know features but not which design fails under load, which tool description misleads the model, or where to escalate.

What changes after this course

You design agent loops, tools and configuration with reasons, manage context and errors, and practise every area before the scenario-based mock exam.

What is inside: 128 tools, counted lecture by lecture

You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.

  • 24 downloadable resources: lecture presentations plus 12 working files, including an agent architecture blueprint, a tool contract builder, a context playbook and a mock exam
  • 105 ready-to-use tools inside the presentations:
  • 32 templates and sample documents: subagent definition, agent architecture blueprint, five-part tool description, extraction schema and review prompts
  • 16 checklists: subagent brief, Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, scenario answer elimination
  • 14 step-by-step procedures: agentic loop, coordinator orchestration, tool contract build, two-pass exam pacing plan
  • 12 ready AI prompts: research synthesis, codebase exploration, failing-test repair, focused context compaction
  • 11 formulas and metric sets: agent iteration and budget limits, forced tool choice configuration, project MCP server configuration, weighted exam readiness score
  • 11 scorecards, rubrics and matrices: agent team sizing, tool error handling, code review severity rubric, exam readiness decision scale
  • 8 other working tools, plus 1 question lists and scripts: customer escalation and identity clarification, hook-or-prompt decision test, resume, fork or fresh-session decision

Who is teaching

I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.

For our Recruiter Sourcer course we added a paid certification. After the course I review each student’s tests and homework, spend 15 to 30 minutes asking extra questions online, and confirm with my name that the person meets the level. A certification means something when someone checks the work behind it.

How to use the course

Study each lesson, practise it with its exam trainer, then take the mock exam. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
