Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence. AI tools were used to support script development, visual production, narration and written learning resources.

Your cabin crew interview starts before the first question.

Prepare your CV, practise your answers and develop a professional approach to airline interviews and assessment days. This focused course combines 100 cabin crew interview and assessment questions with model answers, STAR-method practice, group-assessment preparation, and a downloadable CV guide with an editable Word template.

Whether you are preparing for your first flight attendant interview or want a more structured preparation routine, the course gives you practical techniques and resources to work with before your application and assessment.

Practise answers that reflect your own experience

Learn how to structure clear, relevant interview answers using the STAR method. Work with practical examples and model answers to identify useful approaches, then adapt them to your own background.

The aim is not to memorise someone else’s story. It is to explain your experience, actions and strengths clearly and honestly.

Prepare for the assessment-day experience

Explore professional presentation, body language, confident communication and techniques for managing interview nerves. Practise how to contribute constructively to group assessments without dominating, interrupting or withdrawing.

You will also explore the importance of safety, service and teamwork in the cabin crew role.

Prepare your cabin crew CV — Section 6

Your preparation includes two downloadable resources:

Cabin Crew CV Guide: practical guidance on organising your CV, writing a professional profile, presenting transferable experience and avoiding common mistakes.

Editable Cabin Crew CV Template: a Word document you can personalise, with a photo placeholder and a separate guidance page containing suitable and unsuitable photo examples.

Use the written lessons to draft your profile, improve your experience bullet points and adapt the template to a specific airline vacancy. Replace all sample information with your own details and remove the guidance page before submitting your CV.

Include a photo only when requested or accepted by the airline, and follow its application instructions.

Short, focused and practical

The course combines concise video lessons with interview practice and downloadable materials. Section 6 consists of written lessons and resources, rather than additional videos.

It is designed for aspiring flight attendants who want practical interview and application preparation—not a lengthy theoretical aviation course.

This is an independent training resource, not an official airline qualification. It does not guarantee an interview, selection or employment.

Prepare your CV. Practise your answers. Approach your cabin crew interview with greater confidence and structure

Who this course is for:

  • Aspiring flight attendants preparing for their first cabin crew interview or airline assessment day
  • Applicants who want to practice structured interview answers, manage interview nerves and improve their professional presentation
  • Cabin crew candidates who need practical guidance and an editable template to prepare a CV for airline applications
