Description

Are you ready to pass the CIPP/E exam in 2026?

I know how stressful it feels to prepare for a big certification. You read the book, you watch the videos, but you still ask yourself: “Am I actually ready?”

The best way to find out is to test yourself before the real exam day.

I created this practice course to be your final check. This is not just a random list of questions. I designed these 550+ multiple-choice questions to match the difficulty and style of the actual IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) exam.

What is new for 2026? The privacy world changes fast. The old practice tests from a few years ago are not enough anymore. You need to know about the EU AI Act, the Data Act, and the latest court cases about international transfers. I have included a whole section dedicated to these new topics so you are not surprised on exam day.

Here is what you get inside:

I have organized the questions into 6 logical sections. This helps you see exactly which areas you are good at and which ones you need to study more.

  • Section 1: Foundations of European Data Protection (50 Questions) We start with the basics. You will test your knowledge on the history of privacy, the European Court of Human Rights, and how the EU institutions (like the Parliament and Commission) work together.

  • Section 2: GDPR Scope & Definitions (75 Questions) Does the law apply here or not? Who is the Controller? What is sensitive data? These questions test if you can spot the difference between a Processor and a Controller in real-world scenarios.

  • Section 3: Principles & Lawful Bases (100 Questions) This is the engine of the GDPR. You need to pick the right legal reason for processing data. Is it Consent? Is it Legitimate Interest? I will throw tricky situations at you to see if you can pick the right one.

  • Section 4: Rights, Accountability & Security (100 Questions) What do you do when a user asks to delete their data? How fast must you report a data breach? These questions cover the daily job of a privacy pro, including the role of the DPO and security rules.

  • Section 5: International Data Transfers (100 Questions) Sending data outside of Europe is hard. We cover the new rules for Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Adequacy Decisions (like the one for the UK and the new US Framework), and how to handle data access requests from foreign governments.

  • Section 6: Compliance, Internet & Emerging Tech (100+ Questions) This is the 2026 focus. We look at cookies, marketing rules (ePrivacy), and the new regulations for Artificial Intelligence (AI Act). If you want to be future-proof, you need this section.

Why take this course?

  • Detailed Explanations: I don’t just tell you the answer is “B”. I explain why it is “B” and why the other options are wrong. This is the best way to learn.

  • No Fluff: I use simple language. No heavy legal jargon unless it is on the test.

  • Exam Simulation: The questions are written to mimic the tricky wording you will see on the real test.

Who is this for?

  • Anyone planning to take the CIPP/E exam in 2025 or 2026.

  • Data Protection Officers (DPOs) who want to keep their skills sharp.

  • Lawyers and IT pros who want to understand GDPR better.

My Promise to You I want you to pass. I built this to help you find your weak spots now, so you don’t fail later. If you can score well on these practice tests, you will walk into the exam room with confidence.
